We offer full service custom and USDA beef processing. From live take in, to final packaging we have you covered!

We have an entire retail storefront at our location with a wide variety of fresh, frozen and smoked product! You can walk in and shop just like the grocery store no appointment needed!

We are open Monday- Friday 8AM- 5PM!

We also sell our product at the Legacy Market next door! A convenient stop for those who can’t make it during store hours.

Our beef are grass fed and grain finished. They are forage fed most of their lives and then finished on grain for the last 90 days.

Our beef comes from a local farm on the edge of Kuna and Nampa just four miles down the road!
