Once processed, we’ll provide you with the hanging weight so you know exactly what you’re working with. From there, you’re in the driver’s seat—choose your custom cuts or how you’d like your beef divided (if splitting it with others) . Professional service, total transparency. *$100 per head deposit required for booking ( Established USDA customers exempt)

$1.10 per pound BONELESS cut & wrap (based on hang weight)
$1.35 per pound BONE-IN cut & wrap (meaning Ribsteaks & T-Bones)
650 minimum hang weight charge
Quarters incur a $25 Split Fee
*$1.30 boneless, $1.55 bone-in OCT, NOV, DEC

Your beef will be cut the way you specify on the cutsheet you submit!
-Cuts and roasts will be vacuum sealed
-Ground beef will be packaged in chubs (1#, 1.5#, or 2#)
-If dividing into quarters; each side of beef must have identical cutsheets.
Beef will be frozen immediately following completion.

We hang your beef for 10-14+ days before it is cut and packaged.

A $100 per head deposit is required to reserve your appointment. (goes towards the $100 kill fee)
when your beef arrive you have a few options
We can refund the deposit you placed if you wanted your customers to pay their own kill fees.
We can apply it to the beef itself and it comes off the total cost at pick up.
